The girls learn about menu planning, and how to eat 3 nutritious portion-controlled meals and two snacks daily, so they apply them to real-life situations like dining out, healthy snacking at home and at school, along with tips for healthy holiday eating. We offer a fun, supportive program, —everyone participates—no one sits on the sidelines.
